These terms apply to anyone who uses michaelhahnoc.com. By using the site you accept them, along with the privacy policy. If you don’t accept them, please don’t use the site.

They cover the site only. Real estate services are provided under separate written agreements, described below.

Michael Hahn is a real estate salesperson licensed by the California Department of Real Estate, CA DRE #02141502. His responsible broker is RealiFi Realty, Inc., CA DRE #02210728, 9171 Wilshire Boulevard, Suite 500, Beverly Hills, CA 90210. You can check his license on the Department of Real Estate website.

Browsing the site, sending a form, calling, or receiving a valuation or other information does not, by itself, make Michael or his broker your agent or create a fiduciary relationship.

Michael acts as your agent only once you and RealiFi Realty, Inc. agree in writing that he will represent you, for example in a listing agreement or a buyer representation agreement, with the agency disclosure California requires (Civil Code section 2079.13 and following). That agreement, not these terms, sets out the services and the duties owed to you.

Until such an agreement is in place, please don’t send anything you would want kept confidential, such as the lowest price you would accept or the most you would pay.

Everything on this site is general information, offered in good faith. Nothing here is legal, tax, financial, lending or investment advice. For those questions, including questions about a trust, an estate or probate, please speak with a qualified professional.

A price opinion or comparative market analysis from Michael is not an appraisal. Articles reflect the law and the market when they were written and may not reflect later changes.

Property details, square footage, lot sizes, market figures and sale records come from the MLS, public records and other sources believed to be reliable. Michael has not verified all of them and does not guarantee them. They can contain errors or omissions, and prices, availability and conditions change without notice. Measurements and areas are approximate.

Please verify anything that matters to a decision, through your own inspections and advisers.

Sale prices, dates and the side Michael represented come from the records published when each sale closed, including listings on the California Regional Multiple Listing Service (CRMLS). They are shown as a record of past work. Some photographs of past sales come from those listings and remain the property of their photographers.

When an area page shows current listings from the MLS, they come from the California Regional Multiple Listing Service (CRMLS) through an IDX data feed. They are for your personal, non-commercial use, to identify properties you may be interested in buying, and may not be used for any other purpose.

Listing data is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed. Each listing names its listing broker and agent, and a listing that belongs to another brokerage is not Michael’s. The MLS notice shown with the listings also applies to them.

If your property is already listed with another agent, nothing on this site is meant as a solicitation of that listing.

The text, design and films on this site belong to Michael Hahn or to those who licensed them to him. Photographs belong to their photographers, including the photographs of past sales taken from listing records.

You may view, print and share pages for your own personal, non-commercial use, with a link back to the site. Please don’t copy, republish, sell or frame the content without written permission. Search engines and AI services may crawl and use the site as its robots.txt file allows; any other automated collection of the content or the site’s data needs written permission.

Please don’t use the site to send false information or someone else’s details without their permission, to send spam or solicitations through the forms, to try to get around its security or overload it, or to send anything unlawful or harmful. Access may be blocked, and requests discarded, when that happens.

The site links to other websites and plays films from YouTube. Those services are run by others, under their own terms and policies. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content, availability or practices, and a link is not an endorsement.

The site and its information are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, Michael and his broker, RealiFi Realty, Inc., make no promises, express or implied, that the site will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted or free of errors or harmful code, or that it will suit any particular purpose.

To the extent the law allows, Michael and his broker are not liable for any loss or damage that results from using the site, from being unable to use it, or from relying on its information, including indirect, incidental or consequential loss.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, such as liability for fraud, willful injury, gross negligence or a violation of law (Civil Code section 1668), and nothing here changes the duties owed to a client under a written agreement.

If you misuse the site or break these terms and someone brings a claim against Michael or his broker because of it, you agree to cover the reasonable costs of that claim, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, to the extent the law allows.

California law governs these terms and any dispute about the site, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Such a dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you and we agree to their jurisdiction. Disputes about a transaction are governed by the agreements for that transaction, including any mediation or arbitration terms they contain.

These terms may be updated as the site changes. The date at the top of the page shows the current version. Changes apply from that date to later use of the site, and don’t change anything that happened before.

If a court finds any part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a term straight away doesn’t mean giving it up. Where a written agreement you sign with RealiFi Realty, Inc. differs from these terms, the agreement controls.
